Back to the South!

Sorry for the lack of updates. I haven't gone or tried anything exciting lately, but I am currently in Charlotte, North Carolina for work, so hopefully I'll be able to find some gems out here in the Queen City!

One thing that I'll guarantee: I'll eat fried chicken AT LEAST once during this 3 day trip! Gotta do the South right!
